Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak stresses that in order to overcome the crisis and regulate the present situation in Ukraine all the Parties: the opposition, the civil society representatives and the government representatives should start negotiations.
This was announced by the Chairman of the Parliament when answering journalists’ questions on Monday after the Conciliatory Council meeting.
“We should listen to one another,” he again stressed, noting that “now ultimatums do not work.”
According to Volodymyr Rybak, the Maidan organizers should come to the Parliament, submit their suggestions and work. “I do not see the other way,” said Volodymyr Rybak.
